Frescoes and reproductions on canvas of the most famous paintings of the great artists made by Italian craftmen.
This section of our site is dedicated to paintings reproductions of art of the masters of the '400, of the Renaissance, modern and contemporary made by Bottega Artigiana Tifernate with the patented technique of pictography, defined as the most precise reproduction technique ever (with a patent!) that allows you to recreate any work of art identical to the original.
In fact, pictography makes it possible to have reproductions on fresco, table and canvas that are faithful to the originals (but it is simplistic to call them reproductions!) By masters such as Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Gozzoli, Botticelli, Perugino, Raphael, Pinturicchio, Melozzo da Forlì , Mantegna, Ilario from Viterbo, Carlo Crivelli, Canaletto, Joli, Vanvitelli, Cimabue, Francesco Mancini, Masaccio and moderns such as Van Gogh, Klimt, Vermeer, Monet, Degas, Hayez, etc. Potentially any work can be reproduced!
Pictography: the technique
The Pictography of the Bottega Tifernate is a technique designed and developed for the re-creation of works of art to be exhibited in place of the originals. It was initially created as a technique to support Cultural Heritage to cope with all those cases in which it is necessary to replace an original with a recreated work.
Each painting is worked individually, using materials and recipes used in the Renaissance.
The duration in time is exceptional; the aesthetic result is the result of continuous research done in collaboration with the most important museums in the world. Any image can be reproduced without limits of size and, on request, photographic renderings or customized projects are realized without increasing costs.
The phases of the technique involve the study of the original works, both in the materials and in the colors and the subsequent exact "recreation" on fresco, table or canvas.
