This article represents a faithful reproduction of the " Calabrese " knife, a type of pocket knife that has been produced since the 1900s and has become famous over the years as it belonged to the Calabrian brigands of the last century but also used as a work tool or more simply for the meal. Its blade is made of MA5M steel and has a simple spring closure system while the handle is full-tipped in horn or olive wood , a material that gives this object its elegant and functional design .
