Kitchen knives and professional knives made with high quality materials by Italian artisans exclusively for Viadurini.

A shop that boasts years of history and craftsmanship in the production of quality knives. David Berti in Florence in 1895, using the best materials present in Italy of that period, begins to design the first knives, starting a story that continues today.
The result was considered a work of art: the  functionality and elegance of the hand-made  gave a unique value to each knife. To date, Coltellerie Berti has maintained the same quality and uniqueness of its products!

As for the raw materials used, they are of excellent quality and in particular steel is chosen for the blades , and horn full of ox, horn of deer and buffalo or bone wood for the handles. As for the methods, on the other hand, the Tradition of the workshop provides that it is the same hands of the one who starts a knife to bring it to completion, that is, that the work is entirely manual and that it is not divided among several people according to the processing phases.
The essence of the company is not to industrialize production in order not to lose that value and originality that has always characterized knives.
For this reason, each product of the collaboration between Viadurini and Coltellerie Berti brings with it all the history and tradition of Italy. The result can only be unique and unrepeatable!

From kitchen knives such as ham or cheese knives to precious sets of table knives, the difference of a handmade product is evident.
Give your kitchen and your table a piece of Italian tradition of the best design.
