How do I place an order with Viadurini?

Which couriers will handle my package? has selected professional partners who manage shipments:

     - For items between 0 and 30 kg - express courier
     - Items between 30 kg and over - forwarder specialized in furniture delivery

We are also able, by agreement, to make deliveries to floor.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
Do not worry! If you are not in when your goods arrive, the goods might be left at the carrier's warehouse. He will contact you to rearrange delivery.

What to do during delivery
The courier will ask you to sign a document to prove that he delivered the package to the correct address and person. Even if the packaging is not noticeably externally damaged, it may be damaged on the inside.
