Can I choose the payment method during the order process?
You need to select the desired payment method before purchasing. Payments with credit card will be validated by Viadurini and by the card issuer, in order to protect the security and to prevent frauds.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. Please provide a copy of the deposit slip to info@viadurini.co.uk.
Keep in mind that the order will be considered valid only after the reception of the payment.
 

WARRANTY

The products purchased on Viadurini come with a 24 months warranty.

Viadurini and/or the producers, in relation to the products purchased by the customer, have the legal guarantee of compliance with the terms and conditions contained in Articles. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code as per art. 6 of the Conditions of Sale.
The rights of this guarantee may be put in place if the products have been used correctly, respecting the indications including the intended use. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice. The costs related to the return of products due to the exercise of the guarantee will be borne by Viadurini and / or producer partners.

Guarantee of originality of products
Viadurini has privileged relationships with brands, designers and craftsmen. Each item is a guaranteed an original product. Some of our products are produced in exclusive for our customers.

Do the products come with warranty?
