General Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions (from now on the "conditions of sale") govern all sales contracts concluded between the user (from now on "customer") and the company International design S.r.l. through the website (now the "site") and concerning the products described in the site's virtual storefronts.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all communications relating to the General conditions of sale and other communications that the customer and International design Exchange in electronic form fulfil the requirement of the written form, save the specific indications referred to in these general conditions or the law forecast.
In order to complete purchases on your Website the customer must perform its own registration and creation of your account on the site as indicated in the following paragraph 1). The trades executed on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale.
International design reserves the right to modify at any time the terms and conditions of sale, without prejudice to the application to the single sale of General conditions of sale in force at the time of sending the purchase order by the customer.
It is therefore intended that any changes and/or new terms and conditions will come into force from the moment of their publication on the site. For this reason, clients are invited to regularly access to the site and to check the possible publication of updated terms and conditions.

Access to the services offered by the site is reserved exclusively for users who are 18 years old.
The registration is completely free.
To create their account, the customer must click on "register", fill in the form with all required information and send it via the "send" button. The customer will receive by e-mail a confirmation from International design.
At the time of registration is also required that the customer expresses, by checking the respective box, their acceptance of the terms and conditions of Sale. It is therefore understood that the non-acceptance of the General conditions of sale will make it impossible to complete the registration process and, thereby, to make purchases on the site.
By registering, the Customer warrants that the information provided are true and complete.
The login credentials to the website are strictly personal and not transferable or used in any way by third parties.
With the site registration and approval of these general conditions of sale customer agrees to receive to the e-mail address indicated when registering trade alerts relating to products from time to time on the storefronts of This authorization may be revoked at any time if the customer decides not to further receive these warnings, at the bottom of the newsletter you will find the instructions for the cancellation of your membership going to mail, or write.

2. DIRECT INFORMATION ON THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT (art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003).
Pursuant to D.lgs. 70/2003, containing regulations for electronic commerce, the customer is hereby informed of the following:
a) the display of the products on the site constitutes an invitation to offer for International design; This means that by checking one or more of the products they will simply be placed in your shopping cart awaiting the execution of subsequent stages of conclusion of the contract of sale;
b) once you have chosen the products that you intend to purchase, you must click the "Proceed to complete the order" and enter your billing information;
c) by clicking on "continue to complete the order" you can view a summary of the choices made and correct them in the case of input errors and / omissions;
d) after the confirmation of the choices and indication of the payment method among the available ones, you will be buying or booking or reserving the products in the shopping cart according to the General Conditions of Sale;
e) upon receipt of the order, International Design will send a confirmation email to the email address given by the customer, containing the total amount of the order. This confirmation mail constitutes only the booking of the product and will activate the process of verification of the order and subsequent processing and shipment of the products. The order is considered confirmed and accepted by International Design only after sending the respective confirmation email.
f) the order confirmation and the correspondence with the customer will be stored in the database of International design for the time necessary to execute the order and, in any case, in terms of law.
g) despite our best efforts, we cannot exclude that, by mistake, a small amount of our wide range of 7000 articles on our e-commerce may have a different price than the one stated. We will check the correctness of the prices during the process of verification of your order and its subsequent processing and shipping. Whether there may be inconveniences and the price on the website is inferior to its real price, we will contact and ask you if you still wish to buy the product at its true price. Your order cannot be accepted otherwise.
If the correct price of the product is inferior to the one on the website, we will charge you only the correct price and we will ship the item either way.
h) despite the best efforts of International Design, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that in some cases it is possible that one or more of the chosen products are not available (please read paragraph 2 of the General Conditions of Sale);
i) under the "My Orders" section, the customer can access at any time to their orders and check their status.
l) the customer will be notified of the delivery of goods within 72 hours, in a communication to the mail address indicated during the purchase;
m) once the official communication of the shipment has been sent ("your order has been dispatched"), the customer will no longer have the right to cancel the order.

The products published in the shop window will remain available for an indefinite period and for an unlimited number of products.
All product prices, shipping costs and any additional costs, will be separately expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
The price of the products may be changed without notice, provided that the price charged to the customer will be published on the site and reported on the order confirmation sent by International design. The products will remain  property of International design until full payment by the Customer of the purchase price, shipping costs and any other additional cost.  Due to the possibility that more customers simultaneously acquire the same product, it can happen, that the product is no longer available. If payment of the due amount for the product (including shipping charges and any additional ones) has already been made, Internationl design will send the customer an e-mail, informing them about the  the refund (price and shipping costs and any other additional cost paid). 
If the order contains multiple products, the unavailability of one or more of the products will not attribute in any case the customer the right to cancel the entire order. For partial cancellations, partial refunds will be issued.

The payment method is the one chosen by the customer from the options:
• Credit Card
• Prepaid Card
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
Safety is a priority for viadurini, so your information will be encrypted. All payments will be processed through a server-to-server connection through the use of secure protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with 128-bit encryption and protocol VERISIGN.

The delivery time is indicated on each product and it is counted from the receipt of full payment. In particular cases a communication will be sent and it will prevail over any statement because it takes into account all the particular circumstances (eg. The presence of multiple products, away, uncomfortable seats, delivery abroad ect.). Viadurini isn't responsible for delays caused by couriers.
If case of setbacks causing unforeseen delays or inconveniences to the customer, such as, but not limited to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, International design will inform the customer by e-mail, in some cases, with a coupon gift to spend on
In the case of "Acceptance conditional to" at receipt of the package, the customer must immediately send an e-mail to, attaching also some pictures of the package.
For the "Acceptance conditional to" to be valid and enforceable, it must be complete and indicating the specific reason (ex. Acceptance conditional to control, because the package is opened, wet, torn, etc.), otherwise the refund cannot be made.
In case the courier has been chosen by the Customer, the risk of damage is directly given to The Customer starting from the transfer of the products to the courier, so that, each possible claim concerning the external characteristics of the delivered package will not be accepted. In this case, the Customer must raise any possible dispute with the courier.
Please note that the orders are delivered outside the house, on the street level (curbside). No delivery to the floor is guaranteed, unless previously agreed with a specific quotation. In case the page of the order confirmation at point 5 does not expressly indicate the delivery at the floor, the service is not provided under any circumstances. Some products may arrive disassembled. Viadurini does not make the service of installation, unless previously agreed with a specific quotation.

Due to the possibility of delivery to places that are not easily accessible because of the geographic nature or traffic restrictions such as:
- Pedestrian or limited traffic areas (LTZ);
- Streets and roads with difficult access for vehicles such as trucks and vans (vehicle size from 7m to 12m);
- Areas affected by works, construction sites, temporarily modified roads;
- Smaller islands depending on the country;
Supplementary charges may be applied to the common shipping costs presented on the website. We therefore invite you to contact us if you believe that one or more of the causes mentioned above may affect the place requested for the delivery of the goods. The payment of any additional cost caused by similar problems and not previously reported, can be requested at the time of order confirmation or before shipment. We therefore recommend you, for any additional information, to contact our customer service.

All the marketed products are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided for in articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, covering possible defects of the purchased items existing at the moment of delivery and occuring within 2 years form the delivery date. Any defect or damage that are caused by accident or by the Customer's responsibility due to an improper use of the product are excluded from conformity defects and therefore from the legal warranty.
In particular, the rights arising from this warranty may be exercised provided that the products have been used according to the instructions and with due diligence, in accordance with the intended use and as provided in the attached instructions and upon presentation of the customer's invoice.
If the customer is consumer, International design lends the guarantee of conformity referred to art. 128 to Code of Consumption (legal guarantee). In this case, therefore, the customer shall be entitled:
-restoration no expense for the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of art. 130 of the Consumer Code, which is:
-a reduction of price or cancellation of the contract, in accordance with paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the same article of law. International design meets compliance defects if they occur within two years from the date of delivery of the product.
In order to take advantage of the legal guarantee, the customer must report to International design the lack of conformity within two months from its discovery. Direct action to enforce the lack of conformity is prescive in any case within a period of 26 months starting from delivery.
It is understood that the effect of the settings of computer systems, computers, displays used by the customer images and colours of the products published on the site may be different from real ones. Expenses related to the return of products due to the operation of the guarantee shall be borne by the International design and/or furnishers.

In the event of unavailability of the product or withdrawal of the customer, as it can be better regulated in these General Conditions of Sale, International design will impart to his credit institution to refund the amount paid at the time of purchase.
A refund may be issued within the period of 30 days from the date of actual receipt of payment by the customer, through accreditation on the means and bank details that they provide. 

The customer has the free right of withdrawal without penalty within 14 days from the delivery date. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to inform us through an explicit  declaration, such as a communication by certified e-mail or letter via postal service.
With the receipt by International design of notice of withdrawal of the customer, in the terms and conditions above, the contract will be dissolved and International design will return the amount paid by the customer.
In any case, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the purchased product consists of:
(i) the supply of cusom-made goods or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can easily deteriorate or alter rapidly;
(ii) the supply of audio or computer software unsealed by the consumer.
If the customer has already taken delivery of the products, they will also need to return them promptly by following the "Easy Return" procedure reported below:
a) Send an email to, explaining the return's reasons. Send some pictures if the article is damaged. An operator will guide you.
b) The goods to return must be intact, in their original conditions and properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging. All items must be undamaged, unused, not assembled and unstained. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions shall result in losing the right of withdrawal.
c) Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. 
We kindly invite our customers to cooperate by following our return policy and by not shipping back items not covered by the right of withdrawal.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, all the payment they made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs deriving from specific requestes of the Customer for a different and more expensive delivery than the standard one that we offer).
Once the official communication of the shipment ("your order has been shipped") has been sent, the customer will not have anymore the right of cancelling the order. 

In the event of not compliance of the Customer by these Conditions of Sale, the failure of International design to act towards the customer is not a waiver to act for the violation of commitments undertaken.
International design will not be liable for the failure of the present General Conditions of Sale in the event that this is derived from unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure, including but not limited to, those related to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, network failures and/or blackouts.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and then the contract between the Customer and International design is subject to the Law of the Italian Republic and is entrusted to the jurisdiction of the Italian judge, subject to the limitations of law in the event that the customer holds the quality of consumer.
For any dispute arising from the contract between the Customer and International Design and with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale - including those related to its interpretation, execution, resolution, termination, cancellation, revocation - the parties elect as hole the only hole of Rimini, with the exception of any other forum.
The possible invalidity of individual clauses of General Conditions of Sale will not imply in any case the invalidity of the whole contract of sale or the General Conditions of Sale.

Subject to the provisions of the legislation on the subject of judicial notifications, for the purposes of the present General Conditions of Sale and the contract of sale the Customer declares that they wish to receive all communications at the e-mail addresses listed at the time of registration to the website.
