We interview the Cipì Co Founder - Piero Cappelli - to find out what's new in the 2017/18 bathroom furnishings

What is your philosophy and how would you describe your production?
Be Different and Affinity are the two passwords to access the thought that unites Cipì products and atmospheres like a Fil Rouge. Mix natural materials such as the recovered Teak to the most advanced performances of LG's HI MACS and bring together the most precious natural stones with the chromed and always perfect steel! We know how to meet the peculiarities of every part of the globe by proposing a format that exists only in the head of those who have imagination and desire to design .... a journey in the way of the bathroom and the materials.

What are the most popular bathroom furniture products of 2017?
Recovered and 100% ecofriendly teakwood, total white for solid surfaces, vintage vetoe combined with cement!

And the best sellers?
All teak furniture, Beton sinks, unexpected accessories and everything that is normally hidden but that regains dignity and becomes the protagonist thanks to us; just like the "organize" series of useful accessories for the bathroom.

The bathroom is a space to be designed, but above all to be customized. How can you customize the offer for different style, design and customer?

The trip, the friendship with the suppliers from Bali to Marrakech, the desire to be light, the need to don't compete with any competitor, the desire for luxury for everyone and for every day.

Usually suspended, but increasingly supported concretely on the floor!

Which are the most requested?

Suspended, freestanding, modern or classic; the modern washbasin is trendy and elegant. What are your proposals?
Natural stones such as Joya, precious marbles like Calacatta, industrial and design cements like the Beton series or steels and metals of the Open series. Unique our teak wood washbasins made from recycled roots like Sarong and Bantul.

And which are the favorite materials?
All ... except for the Ceramics we leave to the ... institutional bathroom leader;)

For a total look, Cipì bathroom also offers lighting. Why focus on lighting in the bathroom and what distinguishes your collection?
Because the Light transforms things and gives each product an unexpected upgrade, because we are leaving the bathroom to enter the house, because we have an energy that does not allow us to stand still.
