Extendable table for the garden in teak of various sizes.

Extendable outdoor table made of natural teak wood and available in various sizes . The teak wood used is of Indonesian origin , coming from controlled and sustainable felling forests (INDONESIAN LEGAL WOOD). It is an extremely durable , stable material, resistant to atmospheric agents, fungi, attacks by parasites and insects. Contains high levels of natural oils which make it resistant and limit moisture absorption .

The table belongs to an ever- present collection in fine untreated teak . Robust and functional products, suitable for furnishing verandas, terraces and gardens of any style.

The products in this collection are hand-woven using exclusively natural fibers and materials, which, due to their intrinsic characteristics, may present irregularities, imperfections and color differences (conditions that could manifest themselves even some time after purchase). In order to guarantee a longer life of the product over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity and high temperature variations (factors that could weaken the fibre, make it subject to breakage and encourage the appearance of mould). If the product is exposed to particularly high humidity conditions, we recommend allowing it to dry quickly and completely, always avoiding direct sunlight.

Maintenance :
The emergence of oil on the surface of teak furniture is a natural process; the oil can leak during the first months, more or less consistently depending on the environment in which the furniture is placed. We therefore advise against placing new teak furniture outdoors in the presence of porous stone flooring , at least until the process of oil surfacing on the surface has decreased.
Furthermore, being naturally oily, teak is not suitable for painting ; any finish applied will not adhere correctly to the surface and will begin to deteriorate after some time.
We also advise against the use of wood oil : it does not offer further protection, indeed, an excess of oil can lead to the formation of mold on the surface layers, resulting in dark colored stains which can then only be removed with aggressive sanding.
