Extendable outdoor table made of
natural teak wood and available in
various sizes . The
teak wood used is of
Indonesian origin , coming from
controlled and sustainable felling forests (INDONESIAN LEGAL WOOD). It is an extremely
durable , stable material,
resistant to atmospheric agents, fungi, parasites and insects. It contains high levels of
natural oils that make it resistant and
limit the absorption of humidity .
The
table belongs to an ever
-present collection
in fine
untreated teak .
Robust and
functional products, suitable for furnishing verandas, terraces and gardens of any style.
The products in this collection are hand-woven using only natural fibers and materials, which, due to their intrinsic characteristics, may present irregularities, imperfections and color differences (conditions that may appear even some time after purchase). In order to ensure a longer life of the product over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity and high temperature variations (factors that could weaken the fiber, make it subject to breakage and favor the appearance of mold). If the product is exposed to particularly high humidity conditions, we recommend encouraging rapid and complete drying, always avoiding direct sunlight. Available sizes :

Maintenance :
The
appearance of oil on the surface of teak furniture is a natural process; the oil may come out during the first few months, to a greater or lesser extent depending on the environment in which the furniture is placed. We therefore advise against placing new teak furniture outdoors in the presence of
porous stone floors , at least until the process of surface oil appearance has decreased.
Furthermore, being naturally oily, teak
is not suitable for painting ; any finish applied will not adhere properly to the surface and will begin to deteriorate after some time.
We also
advise against the
use of wood oil : it does not offer further protection, indeed, an excess of oil can lead to the formation of
mould on the surface layers, resulting in dark coloured
stains that can then only be removed with aggressive sanding.
