Nina is a design coffee table with lacquered metal structure with a choice of silver or white colors. The 0.8 cm thick top is made of retro printed polycarbonate, all made in Italy.
Coffee table that becomes a complement of artistic and contemporary furniture; designed exclusively for Viadurini by the artist Mancinelli Pierpaolo.
With these accessories the artist wanted to give a small contribution to the diffusion and to the sensitization of the functional aesthetic concept applied to a furnishing object.

Artist: Pierpaolo Mancinelli

Pierpaolo Mancinelli was born in 1955 in L'Aquila and from an early age shows an interest and a particular sensitivity for art, design and music that lead him to attend the cultural scene from the Conservatory of Music at the Academy of Fine Arts and collaborates as a technician of sound in the university theater. In the '70s he founded together with other friends the cultural association "Contemporanea" a meeting place where cultural events are organized ranging from music, theater, literature and painting. The passion for painting, to which he dedicates himself as self-taught, led him to begin to paint with traditional techniques experimenting various forms of expression: from oil painting, silk-screen printing, various techniques showing an interest in the knowledge of the various expressive possibilities and the use of various materials.

After winning a competition in the Abruzzo region in the 80s as a programmer in the computer industry, he founded an IT company, the "System 4", which deals with software development. Still in this sector, he won a scholarship and moved to Rome for 18 months. Back in L'Aquila he gave vent to his first passion and opened a music store, Note e Pause, after which he opened a design furniture store in the historic center of L'Aquila in 2000, which unfortunately had to close due to the earthquake. Later his interest moved towards the study of the use of computer in the artistic field, which for more than 12 years deepens making digital works. The aim of these last works is to try to tell a concept or an emotion through a new language in the field of art, a modern language built with the help of the same technology recounted in the works where the graphic sign becomes the protagonist. All digital works are returned on a traditional support: the artistic canvas.
