Design extendable dining table with 6/8 seats – Arnara Basic

ARNARA BASIC is an extendable table designed for the living zone for 6/8 people. This product adopt a new system of telescopic opening with invisible ball bearing, that makes the aesthetic of this product minimal and stable at the same time. The strength of this new technology is the concept of interchangeability of legs, making the ARNARA BASIC versatile and always original.
His structure is composed by steel sections laser cut, brushed stainless. The corner joints are made in die-cast aluminium alloy (shiny brushed or shiny painted). The surface and the extension use the "Glue Point" system which consist in the gluing of a 6mm surface on a 12mm panel.

CLICK-CLACK System: a new patented system of hidden casters made in order to facilitate the opening of the table. The mechanism is completely automatic and it does not present any unaesthetic manual lever of lock-unlock or braking. The simple lifting of the table will make leak out the wheels and it wil avoid to keep lifted the portion even during the extension. 
The next operation of lifting and backing will make the wheels get back allowing to stabilize the table in the desired position. 

Available colours:

• Structure in matt white painted steel and joint in shiny brill brushed aluminium, surface in melamine oak.

Painted steel: automatic process of coating of metal surfaces, made for decorative purpose or for the protection from corrosion. The pieces in the works are covered with powder paint based on synthetic resins, that adhere for electrostatic effect, and then they are bake in the oven there the paint melts thanks to the temperature and then it polymerizes giving a adherent layer. 
Brill anodizing: irreversible electrochemical process subsequent to a manual polishing, through which after another passage of chemical polishing that makes it brillant to the eye, ia protective layer of aluminium oxide is fixed on the surface of the treated piece protecting it from the corrosion.

Glue Point advantages:

• Maximum security in case of breakage, thanks to the surface glued to the glass;
• Same fixings as the wooden top;
• Reduced thickness tempered glass.  

Cleaning and maintenance: 

• the spilled liquid has to be immediatly absorbed with a clean and dry towel;
• for the dust cleaning it is recommended the exclusive use of a clean towel wetted with warm water;
• in case of grease stains use a soft towel wetter with water and a neutral detergent;
• chemical solvents and all products derivatives or based on ammonia are strictly prohibited;
• do not use abrasive products.
